From the North
From the M5 at Junction 8 take the M50 which leads onto the A40. Continue until you reach Monmouth. At Monmouth traffic lights turn left in to the A4136 and go over the old stone bridge. At the first mini roundabout bear left, at the second mini roundabout conƟnue straight ahead. You will be on this road for approx 6 miles.
After Staunton village you will come to a junction with traffic lights called Berry Pike. Continue straight ahead here. Shortly after this juncƟon is a staggered crossroads with a new block of apartments on the lefthandside that was called The Pike House. Turn left at the crossroads and conƟnue for about a mile. You will now be approaching a crossroads sign with the brown camping/caravan symbol.
Turn left at the crossroads into Bracelands Drive and aÔer a few hundred yards you will see the Forest Retreat, this is where you will need to check in for the Cabin site.
(Warning: Do not take any road for The Forest of Dean or Symonds Yat before reaching Monmouth as they are unsuitable for large vehicles. On turning left into Bracelands Drive, please be careful not to overshoot this junction as the next turning on the left leads to Symonds Yat and is unsuitable for large vehicles.
